FAQ

Questions before you start.

Is this medically guaranteed?+

No. BGender assessments are for entertainment purposes only. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and should not replace medical guidance.

What happens if my scan is unclear?+

If the assessor needs better visibility, you can be asked to upload more images for free before a final result is sent.

Can I upload more than one image?+

Yes. You can upload up to 5 scan images, which can improve the chance of a clear review.

How long does it take?+

Results are manually reviewed and sent by email. The frontend currently uses dummy data, so live turnaround settings are not connected yet.

Do you offer refunds?+

Refunds are not available once the assessment has started because manual assessor review time has been used.

When will I be reminded about the next theory?+

The journey concept sends reminders when your next prediction window opens, such as Nub Theory at 11-14 weeks and Skull Theory at 15-20 weeks.
